We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Director of Finance & Business Partner to join our leadership team. This is a key role for an experienced finance professional who combines strong financial expertise with a collaborative approach to business partnering, driving performance, profitability, and sustainable growth across the operation.
About the Role
As Director of Finance & Business Partner, you will oversee all financial activities while serving as a trusted advisor to the Executive Committee and department leaders. You will provide strategic insight, ensure robust financial controls, and support informed decision-making to achieve business objectives and enhance operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial planning
- Act as a strategic business partner to department heads and senior leadership
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support commercial and operational decision-making
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and internal controls
- Monitor financial performance, identifying opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency
- Oversee cash flow management, audits, and risk management processes
- Develop and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Support long-term business planning and strategic initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within hospitality or luxury service environments
- Strong financial planning, analysis, and business partnering capabilities
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially focused with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights
- Strong knowledge of financial controls, compliance, and reporting standards
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Professional accounting qualification preferred
